        Every new adventure I embark upon teaches me something new. Over the years and across all the countries I’ve visited, I’ve learned many a life lesson. I’ve learned to spot and seize good opportunities, to communicate in other languages, to move and settle into new countries, to travel solo, to work in all kinds of industries, to start and grow a travel blog, to challenge myself to reach my goals, to step outside of my comfort zone, and to follow my dreams.

        The original reason I started this travel blog back in 2012 was to share the lessons I’d learned during my Third Year Abroad in Spain and Italy. Since then, the focus of my writing has always been to impart the knowledge I have about the world to others, and to hopefully inspire others to live their lives to the most, through travelling, experiencing and learning just as I have. As well as blogging at The Well-Travelled Postcard, I also do this through giving talks, and providing training and consultancy services.
